Recently COVID and some other fun stuff has been going around the house. Life has a way of making you slow down every now and again. This past week I barely left the house and experienced a few days of involuntary sensory deprivation as I was locked away in my room quarantining.
The first time I made my way back into the world I was observing things that I had been taking for granted. Mundane scenes seemed more vibrant.
This little scene is one of many that I witness nearly everyday and I felt drawn to the idea of painting it.
