Painting at Rail Gap Across All Seasons

Hikers, fishermen and dog walkers seem to love walking along the path left behind in years past by the Wilkes-Barre & Eastern (WB&E) Railroad, which transported coal, ice, and passengers between Wilkes-Barre and Stroudsburg from 1893 to 1930-something…

Occasionally, you may find an artist snapping photos or paintings beneath the tree canopy or along the banks of the Pocono Creek.

While I’ve yet to paint here in spring or fall this is a beautiful and interesting place to explore and paint in all seasons.

Here are some full-length videos featuring this beautiful area along Pocono Creek.
